Honeybee programme of ICIMOD has-been addressing issues of standard and action research followed by technology development and transfer for impoverishment alleviation the past 23 years. Besides this networking and support to international and nation specific attempts on pollination and pollinators are going to be offered to share understanding and information. Rise in the pollinator power will improve productivity of mountain farming and conserve biodiversity.
